Hello everyone:

  Drumheller leagues have already had cheques delivered or organized for captain pick-up. Kim has the cheques  at  the Carbon Hotel for carbon teams.

    Wade has the cheques at The Bowl in olds for the OLds/Innisfail  teams. Just call The Bowl to arrange Pick-Up as he is not there everyday, Or wade directly  403.507.9204 Cell .The Bowl will be opening full time soon !

    Less has all the cheques for the Sundre Area teams. He will be in contact with teams soon, to handout cheques. Less  403.507.9810  Cell .

  If permitted  will may have a tourney in August ,Would be fun . All Leagues for Fall slated to start as normal in Sept/2020 .

    Hello to all players in the Big Country Pool League Systems . This has been a very unfortunate situation and the Gov't proposed guidelines and timelines have to be followed , group gatherings and the permits needed for our size of events will not be permitted , until 3rd stage of re-opening . Mid August 2020? Maybe even later if  Virus surges  ? For now it's been decided to refund prize monies back to the teams .

Captains will be contacted within next couple weeks to organize pick up of Cheque for your team. We may have an early fall tournament when permitted to do so ,open to all our leagues  ,just to get all pool friends /family together for great time. As most players I to prefer  to have our year ends ,but not permitted to this season  .Hopefully see you all back next season.We'll be bigger ,funner and better ,making up for the short season this year .

        Update to BCA/CCS  pool leagues:

     After many hours of phone conferences with other leagues and dealing with :insurances, rentals ,permits ,legalities and forecast on  reopening dates?? The season will end as follows :

     Olds  Tourney will pushed ahead at same location , new dates  July  10 - 12 th/2020.

Drumheller Tourney will be pushed ahead same location , new date  July 17 - 19 th /2020.

 CCS  Tourney new dates pushed ahead same location , new date   CANCELLED

          As of present unless locations open right away ,March 10th  most likely to be last week of league play at the location level. Prize values will all be adjusted according to reflect shorter season of play. Any league fees paid for  after last night of play will be returned to teams .

        If by May 15 th/2020  , Government has not given green light for us to proceed with these  July  Dates  as per Covid-19  concerns . Team Captains will be contacted and Cheques sent out to equally distribute prize monies back to teams.

       These are tough decisions to make , but need to be done to give us some sense of direction. Thanks for being such a great bunch of understanding individuals .We need to keep everyone's  safety top priority as we move forward.

 Reminder that Feb 17th is deadline for all 2020 BCA Vegas Entries .You need min. of 2 players from original team to enter team events !!!Team Mixed start Mar/18/2020 @ 8 a.m.

   CCS Calgary Tourney moved ahead to July 22-26/2020 .NOT CANCELLED  Tomorrow will be 14 Days since March/17 when Gov't announced the 14 day program to help curve COVID-19 concerns. We will see what new time frames and group regulations are announced tomorrow. Based on that info: we can move forward to deciding how leagues will end .Thanks for the many calls from players missing their pool league.
